Welcome to IOU Digital Library

This volume constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 7th International Conference on Web-Based Learning (ICWL 2008), held in Jinhua, China, from August 20 to 22, 2008. The conference focused on various aspects of web-based learning, including adaptation of e-learning technologies, learning resource management, e-learning experiences, assessment systems, game-based learning, collaborative learning, semantics and ontology, and mobile and network technologies for learning. The 52 revised full papers presented, along with one invited paper, were carefully reviewed and selected from 170 submissions, reflecting the latest advancements and research in the field of web-based learning.
